NRG Systems, leading manufacturer of wind measurement equipment, and Leosphere, specialist in laser-based atmospheric observations, formed a global partnership to expand the use of remote sensing with laser technologies (lidar) in the wind energy industry. The first product of the joint venture partnership was WINDCUBE® lidar wind measurement system, a ground-based remote sensor used in site assessment and wind farm performance monitoring.

The Leosphere-NRG Systems global partnership provides sales, technical support and customer service worldwide. Personalized technical support and customer service is available from either company, based on the customer’s wind site location.
